Mostly dry I'm adding some more gravel this year to get above the level where ground moisture seeps up.
Was warm till my heater died getting a new one before this year.
Far from cool the window AC got sacrificed for the kitchen of the house.
Locked up securely.
Does everything I need mostly.

Realized I haven't updated in a while, so here it is.
had a few drips from my used material building.
going to seal it up with alum trailer roof paint. and add a bit more gravel and a fan that runs 24/7 to offset a few of the moisture issues I have.
I've added some cabinets and a Tig welder will update soon with some pictures.

its changed a bit more. currently have both sides organized and full. rubber anti fatigue mats down.
I'm closing on a house this week so there wont be a lot more updates here other than some pics and when I replace the door on it.

I wont be moving till summer though I am wanting my kids to finish this school year where they are.

It has a garage but the available space in it for me to use is about 7x25.
There is a bedroom built into it and I have to build a 4th bedroom due to my family size. That takes up most of the garage. I'm got a spot close I'm going to build a garage after I get it leveled. It's hopefully going to be about 18x30.
