Sorry for the delay, but last night turned out one of those nights where it seemed like every one thought I would be a good night to visit the
1/2 Cups and I just gave up on even trying to unpack and finish plumbing up the new compressor.
Congratulations on your new bundle of (pneumatic) joy 1/2cup
We've got tourists crawling all over the place today too, but ours are the top brass of our core customer.

bowdown
I'll have to have a squiz at Lyndon's thread to see what he's doing so far from home.
Thank you
Mark, I am excited..
Is it not this weekend you fly north? If so enjoy.
Next week end
HOTFR8
I must be doing something wrong/right? nobody comes around to see my job sites. Ah well, peace and quiet.
Don't forget to do your prestart check before plugging in the power cord!!
ENJOY
Terrick, The trouble is we invite auditors to do this so we can keep our accreditation at work, the audit went pretty well however I am suspecting there will be a number of improvement initiatives in the final report for us to look at.
Prestart check completed
You've got a lot going on this week 1/2 Cup! Best of luck on the final inspection. I hope it goes well...
Coop, you are right heaps to do.
Mrs 1/2 Cup is heading to Ballarat with the rodents this morning, then back Sunday.
The final inspection ticked all the boxes, the only thing I am just a little peeved about is that the owner has not even bothered to mow the lawns, tidy up even a little bit or dropped in just to say g'day. The agent noted my effort on the council nature strip which was a plus.
Thanks for dropping by.
Congrats on the new compressor. Don't get too excited and forget to add oil to it before plugging it in.

(As if you would)
We'll be waiting for some pictures as soon as you can muster the time to do so.
Thank you
Dan my prestart check covered off on the oil, that reminds me I will run it a bit then change the oil as a matter of course.
What, no pics yet? what about the journey home, past interesting landmarks, you could make this into a novel!!!
Just jiving, about to head down up the mountains to have a C&C weekend, Concrete and Corvettes.
Have fun unwrapping it.
Terrick, as requested
No novel for this
Freckled Duck ( a protected species out here ) with key board skills like mine I would be here a month of Sundays.
Have a great C&C weekend.
I think Steve is either still unwrapping it - or it fell off the skid (on the trailer) and Mrs 1/2 Cup is still trying to dig him out.....
Or maybe they just went out celebrating - Mrs Steve for buying the property next door, and Steve for getting the compressor of his dreams.
Lyndon
Only feeling slightly mischievous.
As per my opening commentary
Lyndon, just one of those nights.
I tied the skid down to with in an inch of its life I can assure you and it travelled home well.
1/2: congrats on the compressor. the bets are all out waiting to hear what the extra purchases were/are. did they include more tools to use with your new compressor or pipe and fittings to hard wire the shop so you can plug and play so to speak with the new compressor. or maybe some parts for another bench build for the NEW SHOP?
also hope the house inspection didn't come up with any surprises. best of luck with that and the new digs.
BTW I really like the idea of the B & B with maybe not anybody knowing the owner lives next door unless you choose to say. or I hope you get a like minded tenant that appreciates a home and takes care of it as you do yours.
i'm setting up a few more racks in my 25 x 25 shop/storage that I lease and just ask for pictures if you might want a few to get some ideas. I've been told i'm pretty good at getting maximum usage for the space I have and here's an update of my messy 9 x 15 portion of my garage at home that is getting closer to being able to get some work done in there. as you can see i'm trying to cure the FLAT SPACE DISEASE that I have.
cheers
drives I also thought new compressor I will need a new
regulator, new 15 mt
hose and I also brought a
Vice Break Bender for doing those fiddly little bends and making brackets, they have fairly strong magnets that hold them in place to each of the Vice jaws.

No surprises with the inspection at all, we just went through each room and shed to check every thing is a it should be.
I do like the idea of a B&B for sure, a mate of mine did one a while ago and found it a bit of a tie, any way food for thought.
Heck you have some gear in your shop/storage.

and that is just so well organised with not a square inch wasted. Well done.
I have cured myself once and for all of
flat space disease since joining the GJ, the therapy has been great.
So here it is, the old and the new.
