I made my own socket/ratchet/extension storage in full length drawer from 1/2" MDF as base board painted gray and HF $1.00 socket rails screwed to it and 1 1/4" alum angle to make extension area, low cost customizable and does a neat job
Some of the HF plastic trays help to organize .

Love this idea. Thanks for posting.

I use electrical wire for wrench racks and Dollar Tree shelving orgainzers for pliers racks. I am going to get some spray plastidip so they're black, but they do the job for $1.

Who could ask for more?

This was my 1st attempt at using a sheet metal brake, I got the 18" brake from HF, its made out of 16ga so its plenty strong. At first I made it slightly too long, so I had to unbend , trim, & bend again. So do a lot of measuring. I cut the corners with tin snips & welded the gaps.

Ok thanks. I don't have a brake any more so I was thinking about making a hard wood form and smacking it around that with a hammer. :headscrat: I want a shallow one, ~1" deep max.

I wish there were some drop in trays to fit the 4" drawers of the HF 5 drawer cart.

I did buy the HF wrench organization tray, that saved some space for me.

I've use old closer maid shelving for plier racks and just a think piece of wood and nails as socket holders. I think there is many ways for wrenchs to be stored.
