they really are great jacks (AC Hydraulic). I'm gonna go order some of those pretty AC Hydraulic flat top jacks stands now...Do the jack stands state COO unlike the jack?
Isn't the Ranger Model RFJ2TX a clone of the DK13HLQ?
- I have to wonder about the integrity of the welds that hold it together. Luckily it will not have to hold anywhere near the 2 tons it supposedly is rated for.
Here's what I did with each jack (took time 20-30 minutes with each jack, more if adjustments were required). If I were paying $700+ for a jack, I'd want it perfect by the time it got to me....
1. Check the wheels for broken o-rings. Check for broken wheels. Replace as needed.

I would love to see the internals of these jacks.![]()
On Pelican Parts I saw an idiot that was saying that it drops to fast and that he couldn't that for the money he spent the jack wouldn't lower slower. I had to laugh to myself about an idiot that would spend that much money on a product and not read the manual.
Since the problem is that he probably doesn't read I created this video to help guys like him.

The assembled DK20 (It's so much heavier than it looks!)

The manual shows the rubber pad inserted into the saddle in the exploded parts diagram. After lifting a few times, the rubber pad is now flush with the saddle. That pic was taken before I lifted anything with it.I noticed that you put your rubber pad on top of the metal saddle. Is that the proper way to do it? I removed the metal saddle and put the rubber one in its place...to keep it more low-profile. I guess it doesn't matter?
The rubber pad (assuming you got one with the jack) will press into the stock cradle the first time you raise a vehicle.

Greetings everyone . I just registered for this forum as a result of extensive searching for a source for the "AC Hydraulics " jacks . I have been in the Automotive Service business for over 25+ years now and I am in need of replacing my old "Lincoln" floor jack . Bought it 20+ years ago back when it was still made in the USA . As many of you have probably been finding out as of late the only USA made jacks are "Milwaukee Hydraulics " I would love to buy one of these but they are too cost prohibitive for me but at the same time I refuse to risk my life under a chinese made jack that dont last more then a few years. I also need the capabilities of the lower clearance like on the AC Hydraulics jack . Anyway my reason for this post is that after extensive research I have found a distributor in Washington state that said he would be willing to do a group discount with a minimum of 6 jacks. the cost for the DK20 would be $410.00 total (free shipping & no tax , I have a tax #) with a order of 6 or more jacks . Obviously I dont need 6 jacks so I thought I would see if anyone else would be interested in a group purchase , the only issue would be they would have to be picked up from my business address in Waldorf Md because in order for the distributor to give us the shipping for free he could only ship to one address . If anyone is interested or has any other ideas or questions I can be reached at 301 870 9888 or 301 653 7768 ....Mike .
Hiball . I am not "pushing any particular brand jack nor am I trying to convince anyone of the quality or lack of quality of any brand . I am not in the tool or equipment business so I have no vested interest in any brands other then what my personal opinions are . All I am attempting to do by my post is to see if there are any others that have already decided that they would like to get the same jack but at a better price . I have already made my decision that this is the jack I will purchase with or without the "Group" discount .

I'd be interested, but shipping from WA to MD and back the other way to CA wouldn't make sense. If you can find a work around, I'd seriously consider it.
Hmmm, maybe we could get 6 guys from So Cal. and have all the jacks sent to one location?

@Vinko
This page states that the flat top AC jack stands are made in Denmark: http://www.acjacks.com/acjacks_004.htm
I personally would prefer axle stands like this:
