ACE hardware screwdriver made by?

I bought this USA ACE screwdriver over a month ago at a flea market. It caught my eye because it looks eerily similar to a S-K green handled screwdriver. I'm wondering if they're made by the same manufacturer that S-K sourced out. It says chrome vanadium on the side similar to how some S-K green handled screwdrivers do. If anyone has any information I'd appreciate it.
