I've got a hand-me-down drill press from my father-in-law. It's an ok piece, nothing fancy and certainly suitable for the general stuff I'll do with it. It's appears to be a somewhat generic Taiwanese piece. Labeled "Guardian Power BDM-58-5SP".
I've got a cross slide vise that I've used on it. It's tedious bolting and unbolting it when I want to use the table alone. I've recently added a drill press table and it's even more tedious switching things around.
I'm thinking of picking up another table, but have had no luck finding much for "General Power".
The table is about 12" across and uses a 1-3/4" center post into the clamp. Are these tables somewhat generic in size for this post?
Any suggestions on where to buy just this one part?
