I need a 18" or so adjustable wrench for work, what brand you guys recommend
I saw these, anyone have these? are they sloppy?

A lot of the US made adjustable wrenches are WF clones. Some of them like the Craftmans have WF stamped at the bottom of the handle.

I understand that you need the wrench for work but, if you have the time and are able to, hit up a flea market or two.

Unless you have flea markets with a lot of tool dealers, I believe that finding anything over 12 inches is going to be dicey if you need it for work now. USA quality 8, 10, 12 inch adjustable wrenches are common finds, 4 and 6 inch along with larger than 12 inches rare around here. May be a different story if your area has a more industrial heritage. Now I wouldn't have a problem buying a large Japanese made adjustable but if I needed one now I would just order a USA made one from Harry Epsteins and call it a day.

You just don't find large ones used all that often unless you live somewhere with lots of heavy industry.
The Western Forge made ones at HJE are a great buy for what they are asking. I like Irega wrenches a lot but the difference in quality to the WF made is going to be minimal at 18"
