I would take the panel loose from the rest of the door and try to straighten the parts.
Question is, why did it bend in the first place? Door frozen to the floor in the winter?
torsion spring door call the pro's if you never done it before, could really hurt your self taking the tension off of door
and looking at the door might be time to replace.
I don't think he needs to take the tension off. The cables are attached to the bottom panel. A couple vise grips on the track on the lower section rollers so the door cant roll up. Unbolt the top panel and slide it up the track and back off the end. Then do what is necessary to bend the door back and reinstall. That's what I would do.

Can you maybe go into a little further detail? Will the strut need to be replaced? I am not the best DIYer.
