Air Comp Problem (?)

Everyone's main air comp problem seems to be moisture. I just started using my new Eaton 5HP (with automatic drain), hooked up to my copper pipe system (designed by suggestions from previous posts). Have been using it for a few days, and I an not getting ANY WATER. I know this doesn't sound like a problem, but am curious why this is happening. I'm located in NY, not in some dry desert, and there should be water either in the main tank, my water seperators, drain tubes, etc. The pipes run about 90 feet, so there is plenty of cold pipe for water to condense. Any ideas?? Thanks

You obviously have designed the elusive perfect air system! Declare victory and go home proud, son.

I have very little water because my compressor usually doesn't run enough to get very hot... which will heat the air and allow moisture to condense in the cold pipes.

now when I run my sandblaster I DO get some moisture.

Run your compresser for a couple hours with an open air line... you'll get moisture.

Thanks for the obvious answer, as I have only run the compressor for short periods on only a few occasions. For a moment I thought I had beaten the laws of physics.
