Sheet metal ........ in a word, nibbler. Very manageable and easy to use.

Plasma cutter the new buzz word, not real practical for sheet metal. Unless we are talking CNC mass production.:eyecrazy:

I don't have a plasma cutter or a Nibbler. What kind of blade would be best to use to cut circles 7 inch diameter in 18 to 20 gauge sheet-metal?

The standard ones that come on air saws. You don't want the ones that look like a cut down hacksaw blade as they are too thick to cut the radius you're looking for.
