Update on my decision...

So I ended up going the ghost shield route because....

1. @1400sqft I was looking @ close to 2k in materials but would of been a totally sweet looking floor.
2. I didn't want to spend money and worry about scratching the floor.
3. I was also worried about the prep and the amount of work required for an epoxy floor.

I called up Garage Flooring and ordered 1 gal of 4500 and 5 gallons of 8510.
I understand I wont have the awesome looking epoxy floor but I have a piece of mind that i have a protected floor that will repel most stains (if cleaned quickly) and only spent about 400$

Thanks Guys for your input

It is highly recommended to use one that can be used with solvents, it will usually say vition seals like this
https://www.homedepot.com/p/ECHO-3-Gal-Sprayer-MS-300/204631876

However I already had the cheap backpack sprayer from harbor freight that i wasnt planning on using after this use (which I'm sure it didn't have the upgraded seals) and had no problems. I would of bought a better sprayer if i wanted to keep it for other projects but i just threw it away after I was done.
