If you haven't already, Chuck it up in your mill. I bought one of each, the 50mm threaded fine and cuts beautifully. The 63 though, the draw bar home was drilled straight.... But the threads were not cut straight. Requested a replacement and haven't confirmed that one yet. Note worthy observation, the arbors between the 2 were different (slightly different appearance and different etching styles). Other than that, fit and finish were very nice on mine.
I'm tooling for a mill I don't have yet :D. Arbor seemed to thread fine on a stud but another 50mm cutter I got on ebay w/an arbor did thread a bit wonky. Will that induce uneven pressure on the taper?

A Bridgeport style mill has a drawbar that's around 2'? Long, so getting incorrect cut threads to start/tighten down isn't possible, or makes it miserable. It's more a matter of not being able to get it tightened down. Thread a bolt or tap in it and just make sure that there's plenty of depth and that it looks straight.

Worthless pos usps just claimed to deliver my face mill... tracking says delivered to porch 8 minutes before he drove by and waved.

amazon won't do anything for another 48hrs. Guess they want to remind me why I rarely buy anything from them

Wow. Here, they usually take a pic of the item sitting on my steps (or wherever they decide to leave it). Probably more to cover themselves than me, of course.

Sounds like he dropped it off a couple stops early. I'd hate the leg work too, but faster than hoping USPS/Amz does something.

USPS ***** like that. I've had the same happen or they mark it business closed when I'm residential or mark it customer requested hold. Usually it shows up the next day. I think it's when the mail person decides its time to end the day. I much prefer Amazon, FedEX or UPS delivery.

I guess USPS is working without a pay check so expect them to **** more then usual

They're private so they're still being paid

They used to mark all my packages delivered the day before. Which I took to mean they were sorting. They just marked them delivered and then they actually delivered them whenever they got around to it...

Not sure I'd be so quick to judge.
I had an interesting conversation with my buddy's mail carrier the other day. He stopped and we talked out in front of the shop for a good half hour.
Apparently one of the primary reasons USPS struggles financially is due to fraud. I was a bit puzzled. How to you run a scam on the Post Office?
Well... you get one of those nice pre-printed labels at the discounted price, then cut out the center part which has the address, then re-print the shipping label about a dozen times - except with different addresses on each label - and then send them all out at the same time.
So now you've got 13 packages, ALL with the same tracking number, all going to different destinations.

I found it rather bizarre myself, but apparently this is the reason some of your shipments are getting held up.

And don't kill me: I'm just the messenger here.

I've had a few packages show up like that only to be delivered the next day. I wouldn't stress over it.

Making a pair of drip cutting oil feeders (don't mind my cart quantity, it's off). The mag base is the real deal 10% off if your order 2, the clamps aren't a horrible price either:

That bevel tool is a good deal at that price. If you are wondering how to use it:

thanks for posting. That's fairly impressive and easy way to make mower blades :D. That's sweet you can get a rounded edge swapping inserts.

I got my wires crossed here... This was an ebay order, not an Amazon order:

I received notification this morning that I was issued a refund of $28.68 followed by an email from the Amazon EBAY seller who had the "Knipex" 10-inch Cobra Water Pump Pliers a few weeks ago.

I sent them an email yesterday:

Still awaiting delivery of this item.
USPS tracking says it was not shipped out yet.

Good morning, we've just issued you a full refund. It appears that USPS has lost the item during shipping, and if a case were started, they would likely just cancel the order anyway. To save you the trouble, we went ahead and processed the refund for you now.

I checked the tracking number yesterday morning.
The item was NOT shipped out. USPS never took possession of it.

just an FYI

So I assume he oversold or realized a price mistake and rather than risk a bad rating he is trying to make it look like he is a victim too, he is trying to get out in front of his mistake so you don't leave a bad review. Is that your take?

^ that was exactly my take and is the reason I left "negative feedback" (which I've done now exactly 3 times in 10 years on ebay.)
no big deal - he's what ebay calls a "high volume seller", so if he complains they will remove the negative feedback from his profile (which I've experienced before.)
Really not that big a deal - I only ordered those because they were crazy cheap and it seemed like a good "Secret Santa" idea.
I have no shortage of pliers!
