Took 3 weeks but they showed up. They look the part but I have not attacked anything tough yet. So far, I'd say worth the money,
Mine took awhile to show up to, haven't used them yet either. They look like a decent set, I'm happy with them.

I only saw this for 40+ from other listings:

1713968977704.png

Just got this and it was no good. Output voltage when plugged into 240v was 50V, not 120v as it should be. I think it fried my ultrasonic cleaner in the process. I have a tiny space heater (270w) that "worked" but when I read the outlet voltage, it's still 50v.

If any of you bought one, check the voltage output when plugged at 240v.

Which version did you get? Are you in the US? It looks like they don't have a US compatible 240V version, the Type A is the US version and plugs into 115 VAC.

the one from the link. The plugs swap. i suppose it's possible my ultrasonic cleaner also fried the unit (I opened ultrasonic cleaner and the 1 A fuse was cooked. It was the first item i tried so didn't read voltage prior.

There's a 20% off select Swanlake Garden Tools: https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/A1BRI4NY4KJK1U?tag=atomicindus08-20

which includes the 19pc set of SAE+Metric Super-Thin wrenches which have been mentioned previously on here, bringing them down to $29.59: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BY21986S/?tag=atomicindus08-20
My order arrived yesterday and I just opened it.

For anyone wondering which manufacturer of these inexpensive thin wrench sets to buy...

I can tell you that these Swanlake wrenches and the Horusdy must come out of the same factory because my 3/4"-13/16" wrench says Horusdy on it!

Only a couple wrenches have blemishes in the chrome finish.

They are still on "sale" at the link above with the extra 20% off.

Discussion about some of the different brands of inexpensive thin wrenches:

Are those clamps different in construction than pex clamps? Mostly curious if my pex pliers could get the job done
Click clamps are common on Mercedes-Benz.
Not sure about the other German brands.

pretty good deal. Do we know if outdoors wire can be used indoors as well? (off-gassing safety for instance). Says fire rated so I assumed so.
Unless it is dual rated ( not sure if that exists) ot would not be legal as NM/NM-B

good to go indoors
Per reddit; apparently it's nightmarish to work with (stripping insulation for some reason). Consensus amongst the pros is to pay extra to save time but that's an individual decision for weekend warriors I suppose.

UF is specifically allowed under NEC as a replacement for NM-B. It works fine, but is a bit stiff, and is a lot harder to strip. I've done it several times to save money on electrical jobs, as UF is quite often less expensive, but not sure it's worth the extra labor.

Reading up it looks liek you have to use 60 deg C ampacity tables instead of 90 deg C for NM-B.
Probably makes no difference for 90% of the jobs out there.
(I hate being wrong, but I love learning, and you only learn when you are wrong.)

I had placed an order for some plugs looking to make some adapters but cancelled and realized the error of my ways by seeing that adapters are cheaper than I can make them for already. These are a bit oddball I reckon for most but if your garage is wired w/a 4 prong 50A outlet and you bought a 50' 30A RV extension cable w/the intent of making 2 25' welder extensions while maintaining RV cable function, then this might work for you if your machines don't **** up more than 30A, Or if you just need some cheap pigtails too:

I would check the plugs w/a meter on the following before plugging anything to it (few ratings):

Yes, but no. It is a nightmare to work with, super stiff, and a horror to strip. I won't even use it anymore outdoors, opting instead for PVC conduit.
Buried conduit is a "Wet" location and requires cable rated for "Wet locations, such as UF.
I don't think NM-B is rated as such.

I'm shocked it's still available. I was a little worried it was a scam at first but they have already made a label with FedEx with my info.
I was skeptical as well. Something is in a package and on its way to me.

I have a couple of builds this can contribute to. It was less than half of the last deadener I bought, which was a great deal at that time. I'm pretty stoked about this one.

vevor's always delivered. I picked up 3 . Let's hope it sticks, it's well rated but they game the ratings combining a bunch of different listings.
