Thanks Pirate!I use these to make circle jigs for the bandsaw.
Might use them for bandsaw table extensions as well.
Have you physically received 6 boxes and not 6 screws? Description says one screw and in the reviews people are saying they received on screw, not a box.50 each 5/16 x 3.5" lag screws for $ 0.63/box

With Amazon that doesn't mean much, the part numbers are often mixed up for one piece vs a box. That part number is for a box of scews not one piece

Wow!Bessey clamps !?
WOW. Theses these things are HUGE!
Top of the Amazon ad says, 8"x5".
Lower down says, 14.25" x 7.1" (this the size I got).
Also says 1 Pound weight.
More like 7 pounds!!
Um, maybe the metric and U.S. measurements got confused...
Press on, healthfully and prayerfully.
Back again but at $13.59 with a 1-2 month wait (according to my cart, apparently, they were last at $13.01) :

I ordered twice and received both ordersFor those that ordered these earlier in the year, Amazon sent a email canceling the Bessey clamps today. The original order does not show on the Amazon order history anymore. I only noticed from checking my email. YMMV
Bummed about this. I ordered a total of 10 clamps (for work and for home) and received 2.For those that ordered these earlier in the year, Amazon sent a email canceling the Bessey clamps today. Yeah, l got one bag a few weeks ago.Received my two bags today. Excellent deal, thank you for sharing.
Oh yeah I looked at mine they are the big ones those things are humongous!Wow!
I got mine last week but just brought the box to the garage.
I'll have to look at them. Wondering if mine are the 14.25X7.1 ?
Is this the same material as UHMW Plastic?I use these to make circle jigs for the bandsaw.
Might use them for bandsaw table extensions as well.
If you look a little earlier in your email you should likely have a note from Amazon asking you to confirm the extended delivery date. For me, it said if I didn't the order would automatically be cancelled on May 18.For those that ordered these earlier in the year, Amazon sent a email canceling the Bessey clamps today. I think they're HDPE. Not as hard, slippery, strong, or machinable as UHMW.Is this the same material as UHMW Plastic?
Do you use them for runners in the miter tracks?I think they're HDPE. Not as hard, slippery, strong, or machinable as UHMW.
I'll probably take them to work, we crate stuff up to ship it occasionallySo cheap - but what do you use them for? I can't think of where I'd want to use a lag bolt instead of a structural screw, even at full price.
