I was getting low on some zip ties!
buyer beware. i purchased these exact ones 3 times a few months ago and all but one came as a single instead of a 4 pack. chatted with a rep and they sent out more for the first 2 orders and those both came as a single. finally they just partially refunded my money for what i received, but they also messed that up and refunded me too much so i ended up with like 8 for $50-something. also, they weren't the size mentioned (they were bigger, if a specific size isn't important) and they were buckhorn brand not AM. but if i recall correctly they may have had the right item # on them.
overall a huge hassle even though i ended up with a good deal. just don't expect to actually get 4 if you order.

That's a decent price. 2 bills is about what I paid for mine 5 years ago. I don't use it all that often but when I do it's indispensable and can make 90-90 fab jobs much quicker.
Strong Hands in general makes very good tools; yes, you'll pay a bit more for them but they're much more durable and consistent.
This is a fair warning. This problem was pretty widely reported on GJ - others received damaged goods. I have ordered three times (different sizes) without incident. I'll report back when I get this latest delivery. Parenthetically, I have often experienced the "one pack" instead of "multi-pack" from Amazon. Most recently, I tried to order 100-count of 3M electrical tape - I got one. I exchanged it - I got one.

my biggest concern was getting black listed by amazon for "returning" or claiming non receipt of too many items, as i had a few other issues within the last several months, the rest i think were warehouse deals but were the same issue--6 packs coming in as singles.

For me, some stuff comes in two days after it leaves the Amazon warehouse (which is always a crapshoot as to how long that will take) BUT I also consistently have stuff that takes many days. I have a dozen #60 drill bits that shipped "Package arrived at an Amazon facility. Aurora, CO US" on Sunday and they may make it to me today or they may not if they don't get to my local Post Office pretty soon as my driver loads up for the day at 06:45.
So I don't get criticized...

Here's the update - I ordered 4 of these (16 totes total). I received four packages. Three had 4-packs in perfect condition. The fourth had a single tote. How does that even happen? I returned the single.

They are all Akro-Mils and the same size.

It's a battery terminal wrench for side post (GM). Vinyl coated handle to aid against arcing. You use purpose made wrench to keep your expensive wrenches away from battery acid. Usually for mechanics/technicians not home gamers.
