Yesterday in order to get them to fix THEIR mistake I had to tell them they were acting like a 3rd rate shady website trying to get me to give up trying - because they were. Does Bezos know about this? (yes for sure)

I disagree. I've had zero issues with Amazon in the years I've been using them and just recently this year over a 5 month period I ordered nearly everything from them to rewire my boat and had no problem getting or returning anything

I'm a big Amazon fan, but I do think their customer service is not as good as it once was. I buy many Warehouse Deals and have a relatively high return rate. On the rare occasion that I have a problem, I use the chat feature. The CS reps have definitely been more rude and less helpful lately (not nearly enough to slow my spending habit, mind you).
