I've been using these on air and small hydraulic lines for a few years and they have worked out just fine. The sets are short few larger sizes for my needs. ebay singles filled them in. Bilitools is also a decent set, but prefer sunex, and their wty support.

I got my order today and neither the description nor the photo was correct. I received 20 discs and one holder for $6.70. I’m happy, but I haven’t tried the stripping discs yet. They look fine, but we will see.

One of the reviews on the SAE set says they are missing the divot at the square hole for the extension's spring loaded ball detent so the crow foot falls off. I was seriously considering them till I read that.

That was one of the reasons I'd been holding off. Maybe wrap the ratchet / extension in tape and stuff it into the CF?

What I really need are line wrenches, Snap-on makes good ones, but of course they're priced accordingly.

I bought both sets of these last year. I just went out and checked again and I didnt have any of the 5 or6 metrics that I checked on 3 different ratchets and 3 or 4 different extensions that were loose. I might wonder about the strength of the spring behind the retention balls of the users that said they were falling off their tools.

Maybe other members can post their results so that rumor can be proven or disproven.

Because I use them so in-often, I wouldn’t be concerned to spend my $30 on them again!

None of mine had a divot for the retaining ball. I tried a dozen ratchets and extensions and all secured the crows foot. Strongly. I did have difficulty getting the crows foot on the drive on two pricy ratchets with stiff retention balls, a Snap-on and a Proto. This was because the crows feet do not have a lead in chamfer around the drive socket. They’re cheap and infrequently used in my case so I’m ok with them.

The Z can also mean 36-tooth. Koken did not change model numbers when the Z line ratchets were upgraded to 72-tooth 2 years ago. In some online product descriptions you will see the "72T" suffix added to the model number, sometimes not. But the "72T" suffix is not stamped on the tool. Koken has created some unnecessary ambiguity.

This is true, but the -B (quick release) versions posted above were released at the same time everything was updated to 72T. So they are guaranteed to be 72T.
