I too have been looking for a small heat shrink tubing printer for a while, and took a chance on this one. It seems to be exactly what I'm looking for -- it has a Bluetooth app, it's rechargeable, and it has a supply of cheap tubing cartridges in various sizes. I don't know how durable the printing will be in various wiring harnesses, but I can't rub it off.

Just wanted to follow up ,this thing worked great for $21.00. I trimmed my shrubs in the front yard thursday with it and filled a 96 gallon yardwaste cart up in a few minutes. Sure beats the sawzall with a pruning blade. Not sure how long the chain will last, but it has already paid for itself, and I still have all my fingers.

did you end up doing the same thing I did or find an exact fit tape?

I was able to print on the shrink tube I ordered but needed to drill a small hole on the cartridge to clear a boss on the label maker. No big deal and I may eventually just remove the boss on the label maker if I don't find an exact fit before then. The Li-Ion battery was completely dead on arrival so dunno if that may point to sitting on the shelf for a long time.

For any HAZET fans, 3 of the 90-tooth ratchets are at the lowest they have shown for a few years on Amazon (as far as I can tell).

The recent posts for Japanese tools got me looking for deals on Amazon. I ran across this set of Vessel Armor Grip Cross Point/JIS screwdrivers for $18 and it seemed like a good deal and I almost did an impulse buy ( Vessel Armor Grip ). But I already own a set of Vessel Megadoras which are awesome and not terribly expensive, so I opted against buying more redundant tools (the shame). But if somebody wanted a good set of JIS drivers on the cheap, that Armor Grip set seems like a good deal for under $20. I'd still recommend the Megadoras though.

Good deal on those drivers. But I use JIS bits with a manual impact driver to loosen screws as I have a couple of CHiPs vintage bikes around to work on.

Those seem really cool. They remind me of the Wiha Softgrips, but with cork. I wonder how well the cork holds up. At least you can be assured they won't stink like acetate driver handles in a few years.
