There's 5 18650 generic lithium batteries in the pack. They probably aren't the highest quality. An adapter (Milwaukee, Dewalt, ect) would be a nice find.

Klein mini hacksaw in action!

Current project is converting the attached one car to a den. I’m using a section of pvc pipe as a chase to hide some wires in the wall behind my tv.

In the top picture, I’m cutting out a section of pipe so it can fit behind the upper wire management box. The cut was too deep for the throat of my hacksaw, so I switched over to the mini.

The pipe routes cables down to the work box at the bottom. I cut a 2” hole in the top of the box to line up with the pipe.

A slick setup that cost $26 and some scrap materials.

For refilling bar oil into chainsaws with oilers, a quart-sized bottle with a squeeze top (think gear oil or an additive like Lucas) works much better than a funnel. Less guessing, overflow and mess to clean up, especially in the field. You can refill the quart bottle in a controlled environment.

EDIT: Oh and to keep this on-topic (Amazon deals), if you need a CASE of these, Amazon has this, saves you 18%:

Kinder’s bbq sauce sold at Menards comes in a nice squeeze dispenser that can be repurposed for oils and other liquids.

Because of the bottle, Kinders is my new favorite bbq sauce.

Edit : I was in Walmart for the first time in months today. Wandering through the grocery section I was surprised at how many sauces use similar squirt dispensers that could be repurposed for use in the shop.

Are those Taiwan, or China?
I’ll let you know when they arrive 😀

I bought the 1/4 1/2 combo socket ratchet set (soft handle fixed ratchets) and it was a Taiwan set. I assume this is Taiwan, but I’ll confirm tomorrow after my amazon prime shipment. 👍

OK got me with this one. I was already watching it along with the Wera and Milwaukee ones for a couple weeks. I settled on the Milwaukee but largely because it was available to walk in and buy at Home Depot when I had an urge. Milwaukee does not sell replacement or alternative blades, and that makes it basically disposable as you wont want to carry a whole kit around if your most used tip is busted.

Folks.. I’m a rookie at posting to this thread but thought that these sale prices on Fluke might be of interest to someone. Please see the screen shot to search for the ones on sale. I couldn’t figure out a better way to show all the items. Good luck.

Thanks for trying. On amazon, there’s a little arrow that will grab the shortcut link. Click the arrow, click copy address, then paste here 👍 IMG_9706.jpegIMG_9707.jpeg

I’ve had in my cart for a couple days and going back/forth on do I really need / how often will I use!
I’ve got the Icon similar version to these and thought the same thing. I’ve found I use them more than I thought I would on the front end of transverse engines. Think serpentine belt, tensioner, idlers on front wheel drive cars.

You just confirmed I don’t need these ... front end of transverse engines. Think serpentine belt, tensioner, idlers on front wheel drive cars ... none of these are on my near term or long term to do 😀

I do feel I need to get an older Tacoma or VW bug so I can justify more tools.
