Williams 33901 - With Williams tools, a model number with all numbers and no letters (usually) indicates a offshore Williams tool.

I've got the metric and SAE 3/4 sets with that locking system. I love them, no dealing with pins or having to worry about the socket falling off an extension.

The one I have is fully enclosed and will regularly only wind in one spot causing it to not full wind back. I have to pay attention to hold the hose to alternating sides so it wraps evenly.
