Well, that did not work - came clean but was non-operational. The center disk spins freely on the shaft even the screw is tight. Plus, the center disk, when rotated by hand, trips the ON switch ok but something is bent/missing and there is no way to rotate past the OFF trip. The only way to switch off is by using the manual lever behind the OFF label. Can't win them all, back is goes!

Wow. We've seen the products replaced with cheaper or worn out stuff, but who has the gall to return an empty case for a refund and then who at Amazon can't figure it out?!?

The 1" Milton pressure regulator came in. I actually thought that it was brand new as the box looked original and untouched, but upon opening it I did find a bag with a hole in it. I suspect it originally came with two plugs for the pressure ports on it, but only one loose in the box. No instructions either. But no evidence of it actually being used -- still paint on the threads, etc. Going to see if I can find a materials list to make sure I'm not missing anything, but I think it's a win.

No worries, I got a refund on it, but man, I haven't gotten an empty case before. Not sure how it made its way through the system, but you win some and lose some.
