Try adding to your cart and checkout it should show up, if not worse case just cancel the order. That’s what happened to me this morning

But Amazon seems to want to pretend that it never happened. The item has been deleted from order history, invoices, everything

My canceled orders mentioned were not deleted from order history or invoices. On one particular order, i had added a couple of items (as far as I know not low stock items) to qualify for free shipping. (NOT currently a Prime member). They canceled the entire order and shipped nothing. Next item was an under-hoist stand, posted in this thread. Canceled without explanation and posted as available, same condition shortly thereafter for a higher price?

When I cancel an order on Amazon it remains listed under 'Cancelled Orders'. IIRC - When Amazon has screwed up an item that was listed incorrectly or had become not available somehow, I think those orders were purged leaving no record. Though I may have received some notice in email, can't remember.

Yes
The absence of record is what bothers me, not the mistake in inventory/cancellation (i believe legitimate in this case - odd ball listing)

Received the 6" Vevor castors today. Package was weighty and came in a flimsy cardboard box that was ravaged in shipping and ripped wide open. Inside were four Castors, instruction sheet and two white gloves. No packets of bolts, nuts, washers or wrenches ... as shown in the ad. I assume they were ejected during shipping. I may request a replacement. Castors are nice for the price though.
