I used to buy the 5" or 6" rolls at Home Depot. Rumor has it that you can take the large rolls and cut them into smaller rolls! I really appreciate having them in different widths for different products. 3", 6", 9" etc

My favorite and most often used.

A few years ago, my brother-in-law borrowed some sets of ratchet straps. I used to just roll them up BUT when he returned them to me, they were nicely held with big rubber bands. Now, I just roll the strap up tightly and take two wraps one way and two at a 90 degree to the first and I can toss them in the tool or trailer box or under the seat and they ride nicely, all ready to come out and be deployed easily when needed.

I would not recommend these to anyone. I bought one when they were recently listed here. The outer fake rubber piece is a piece of thin junk that will never lay straight. I may try to cut that off to see how it works!

Before cutting the edge off, do you have a heat gun? Might a few minutes warming it up will let it relax? Just a thought. If you aren't happy, you can always send it back as well.

I think they just changed it. I bought a bench grinder last week. Weights about 60 lbs. I like it and I’m keeping it but was curious to see if it was returnable. Either I ship it on my own or buy a $30 label from Amazon.

Not mine either. I got a huge roll of flooring that was damaged more than I wanted, and they did a returnless refund and I didn’t have to send it back. I gave it to neighbor to use in his shop.

My experience is that if it is damaged Amazon will pay return shipping. The free returns are if you want to return the item for any other reason.

Woodhead products are meant for extreme industrial application like mines, oil refinery, etc...

Built to be immersed in corrosive solvents, ran over by loaders, and still not shock and kill everyone standing in the same oil puddle.

They make super high quality stuff, but its priced for gov contracts basically.

Woodhead makes some stuff that is made to be used. As in industrial use, fire department, etc. I have a Woodhead industrial cord reel and it is built very well. Fit and finish is as nice as a car. My cord reel sells for $1000+ everywhere, I was questioning my sanity paying $275. When it arrived, I couldn't believe how nice it was. If this light had been stronger than the 15 watt version, I would have never posted it up.
