I posted the Wilton Clamp earlier, really thought it would go fast. By no means poking at ya for a repost.....
Also I swear I had that Maxpower clamp in my cart and had to look back... I never posted it. Now I am thinking I deleted a pile O SHTuff instead of hitting Save for later, done that before. I did have 40+ items saved and I certainly did not post that many today.
I'll see whats in my amazon history... Ruff day messing with a laptop and frustrations.

looked back And I guess I never did ad it to cart.

The way those Wilton C Clamps move I just knew it had to be a different clamp. My mistake for not clicking on yours, but I would have bet good money the one you posted was gone by the time I came back around to posting my stuff up there!

No good on the deletions.. but it happens to the best of us when browsing through deals I'm afraid...

Yeah, went shopping for benches and ended up making my own. They are wood, painted to mimic Old Craftsman tool box i have in the auto shop. Made 2 of those identical, with ball bearing soft close slides. Even with crazy Lumber brices i was half of one new US GENERAL box.
Slides and drawer pulls were AWD dirt cheap.
I’d love to see more photos and any other info you have on the build, may go this route!

I ordered the Capri metric sockets a few days ago. Amazon just informed me that the box had a delivery problem and was being returned. I would be issued a refund.

Has anyone ever seen that before?

I have had that happen several times- always, coincidentally on a deal that might have been too good to be true... I believe it's a way for them to cancel an unprofitable transaction. YMMV

I've had that with 3rd party Amazoonies... for insane deals that were placed while it was "out of stock". They find a way to avoid fulfilling the "Price guarantee"

I ordered the Brady M211 label printer as a PRESALE... 6 months ago. It was released last month. It was $40 more than the price I locked in. Needless to say... I threw a fit in CHAT with Amazon. I got the price I originally ordered it for.

Yep. Usually from sellers just trying to dodge the obligation to sell something at a listed price without admitting that they fucked up.

It's a pain in the ***, it's duplicitous, and Amazon doesn't really seem to care.

Twice in two quite different situations. First one, the item was marked damaged and wasn't even attempted to be delivered. Second, placed an order for an item and waited a while for it to ship but Amazon ended up canceling the order altogether with the excuse "unable to fulfill order" even though after they canceled my order, it was back in stock for near double the price.

Same issue I had. Bought a set of Silver and Deming drill bits; there was a a "problem with shipping" and the order was canceled... but showed up on Amazon the next day at $100+ more than what I ordered them for.

I scored this because I was interested in the kind of smaller size.

Amazon cancelled me.

Oh well got aplenty of sanders...

Ah well. I have the Bauer short throw electric polisher and use 3in pads on it. Has a common thread and pad config. Wanted the long throw but I found no info on the pad attachment and even looking at in store I couldn't determine if it even was 5/16-24.

Thanks Vwpieces. I got the hammer! Owner of a 62 Beetle, 74 Brazilian Type 2, and 92 GTI 16v. With a handle like that I assume you have taken a few apart!
