In my shop, it's a "tossit". I've never had to use one other than to remove the nut from the AG when new. I hand-tighten the wheels and the direction of spin does the rest. Never had one come loose.

I've used pin wrenches with the wrong cross section by putting one pin into the flange nut and resting the other pin on the outside of it.Pitched 1 as I'm pretty sure it went to a grinder that let the smoke out
