I tried searching and didn't come up with much (I have seen threads about this subject before).
I'll make this short and sweet I need to move my 73 nova around the garage and I was looking at the harbor freight dollies. They have the 1500 lbs for $40 with coupon or the 1000 lbs for $50.
All the reviews I saw said to lube up the bearings, and 50/50 of rubber or metal wheels (I think I would prefer rubber so I don't mark up my floors).
So that being said which of the two are better the car is sitting in 275 wheels in back and 165 in front (if that makes a difference), somebody I was talking with said they used the 1000lbs furniture dollies for years at their shop to move cars around ( that seamed sketchy at best.). What are you all a thoughts?
