I've got ICON snap ring pliers, multispline extractors, and various other items- no issues so far. The extractors have saved my **** a few times too
I haven't broken regular Pittsburgh impact sockets yet, so they're durable. A 3/4 breaker bar adapted to 1/2 with a 6' cheater pipe is a good test with 260lb on one end lol
Generally for hand tools or corded grinders I go to Harbor Freight. That only started after I bought 2 grinders on sale to test and they lasted way longer than anticipated
I've worked as a shop mechanic and not been particularly impressed with what comes off the trucks- ended up using my cheap Icon or Pittsburgh tool to finish the job after a name brand broke. Had the boss at that place buying Icon to replace broken tools when I left
Now I do onsite repairs, so I really can't have tools breaking 3hrs from civilization. No worries using my tools, even the ones from HF
