Just throwing this out, looking for input.
I am getting ready to do my floor, need to grind it first.
The closest Home Depot is 40 miles away. (2 closest ones don't rent)
They charge $65 per day for the Diamabrush and $50 per day for the buffer.
It would be an 80 mile round trip (x2) to rent it, and I would be pressed (for time)to do it.
If I bought one, I could use it at my convenience.
(local rental center will rent a buffer for $20 per day, no charge for weekends)
It is an expensive single use tool, anyone interested in purchasing it afterwards?
I have no details at this minute, just throwing something out there.
IE. - If I paid $450.00, next guy pays $350.00, next guy $250.00 etc..
Obviously the current owner would set his price for the next person.
Personally, I would buy a used one for a single use, if I thought I could get some of my money back from the next person.
Thoughts, input?
