Any spark plug sockets that don't ****?

Dave, do you have the extended magnetic ones or spring clip ones?

They are the spring clip ones. They are the only ones I’ve tried.

I have both the regular sockets, and the extended, all in 3/8 drive.

KoKen offer universal sockets in the same style, but I haven’t needed one yet. The only really awkward plug I found I was able to tackle with a regular socket turned by a wrench.

Just a suggestion: as a home gamer, I’m not messing with spark plugs more than maybe once a year. A decent socket is good. I have the tapered snap on and a handful of craftsman with the rubber inserts that fall out.

Get yourselves some good locking and lock wobble extensions separate from your plug sockets. Extensions are luxury items for me. I have @ bunch and use them a lot.

I'd really like a set but what snappy is wanting for them is way too rich for me.

They are even expensive on eBay. To be fair, you don’t need full sets. Only 1 or 2. And you’ll use them for more than spark plugs.
