Try looking up the Morton standard. It is a bit more economical, you just have certain restrictions which you will see on the brochure download.

Thanks! I had not come across the "standard" buildings before. I'm working on getting an updated quote.

Jesus i just got a quote for a 24x30 attached. NO interior finish no drywall no electrical no plumbing basically stick frame roof and siding with the foundation. This is Brick on the front with a 12x10 garage door.

$55k which is almost DOUBLE what i thought it was going to be. I got a seperate quote for just the foundation for $12k

As to my plans... wifey and I discussed the options presented by Morton, she ok'd a bit more budget with the provision that the camper gets stored inside.

Contract isn't signed yet, but it looks like I'm getting a 30x40 Morton standard. Still trying to work out the logistics... it'll probably be into next year for construction.

Good deal. I found out about who my neighbor used, but they said they wouldn't recommend him. they paid ~$83K for a 24x40 garage with attic trusses. I figured that was too high for your budget.

Yeah, but I'll probably have less usable space than you by the time the camper is inside. It's about 25 feet from hitch to spare tire, and about 7 feet wide. Plus room to maneuver it in and get around it.

You signed the contract yet? I just got a 30 x 50 down couple months back. Its a renegade. building was around 22k, concrete was 17k if I remember correctly.
