I wish Channellock would still make hose clamp pliers. I also don't see the 528 slip joint pliers on their website anymore.

Had to get some washing machine hoses this morning and came across this at the store in their clearance area!

Picked these up yesterday with the Menard's 15% bag sale. They were already marked down from $40 to $25 and bag sale took the last one on the shelf down to $21.25

Nice! I might have to pick this up though I already have all of the tools except the screwdriver. Good deal!

Here's mine.

Channellocks: great price to quality ratio, available most everywhere, made in USA not China.

Bought a packaged set of pliers for my son for Christmas too.

Picked this up off marketplace today. Did a quick search didn't see much in the way of Channellock signage.

Channellock Authorized Distributor sign.
Made of blue plastic w/ red insert and gold lettering, approx. 9.75" tall × 7.75" wide.
In very nice shape, just a few scratches, mostly on the border. The hang hole on the back is broken, but that will be an easy fix.

Hauled in some scrap steel yesterday. As I dumped one bucket out, I looked down and there was a set of blue handles. Heck yeah, I reached down picked them up and brought them home with me. Got them home and looked at them #440

I uh, needed these...

I dislike the double v-jaw design. It doesn’t seem to play well with the coarse adjustment of the tongue and groove pliers. Seems much better suited to a fine adjustment a la knipex.

I’m a much bigger fan of the traditional straight jaw.

I purchased a set at HD awhile back and disagree with you.

I have found many tasks that the V-Groove excel at, versus the parallel jaw Channellocks.
