I got these in with some other tools I bought and can't recall seeing a design like this before, with the thin, wide nose. The manufacturer mark has worn off, so not sure where to start. Do these look familiar to anyone?

They are likely regular lineman pliers that had the tips reshaped by the previous owner. Most of the visible nicks on the plier tips are use related and likely hapened after the main modification was made. I make lots of custom use pliers out of used garage sale plier finds. If I do a good job reshaping and finishing them, once the pliers wear and age a bit on the newly exposed metal surfaces they look store bought.

They don't look like any of my linesman's, of either style. The jaws are like slip joints . So I would say they were factory made for some industry. But what it is, I have no idea.

I do not recognize them, but my guess would be that they are someone's idea of a utilitarian plier. Cutters, serrated arched jaws and a serrated duck bill feature. They look rather handy. As mentioned above, probably job specific

I should mention that they came from a retired auto body man - perhaps something related to disassembly that comes with that job.

Never seen linesman pliers with a spring handle.

Some kind of duck bill combination pliers. Seem to be factory-made to my eye. I swear I've seen pliers like that before, but I couldn't tell you where. Looks like they would be handy for electrical wiring and terminals. Might also be useful for hose clamps.

Breaker-grozier pliers, or groziers, are pliers used by glaziers to break and finish glass in a controlled manner. They are dual purpose pliers, with a flat jaw that is used for breaking out scores and a curved jaw that is used for grozing flares from the edge of broken glass

I was browsing Ebay and I noticed a listing for these pliers. It reminded me of this thread. You guys are right, they are factory made pliers. MAC part number P301881.

The current ebay listing I found (not my listing)-

I attached pics taken from the ebay listing so people can still see them after the listing sells.
