Parents had old house torn down for basically nothing. Advertised it for tear down and they can keep all the lumber they want. Older guy came out and tore it down by hand over the coarse of a week. Said he was using for building a garage maybe and some wood projects. Whatever he didn't take was basically shoved into a pile and burned

I was a contractor and used to demo many houses. In hellinois you need to test for asbestos before you demo. That said, if it was residential, you can remove anything suspicious and dispose of it in the regular trash, and then get a clean inspection done. (most of the time you pay for an inspection, and you suddenly get your clean report. They must have inspected it during the night ;))
Anyway, you can get away with a large skid steer, preferably a track machine or you will have numerous flats, and a grapple bucket. It's preferred to also have an excavator, but...... There are still dangers if you don't know what you're doing. You never know what will collapse, or when. There is a way to cut large holes, in strategically placed areas, and pull it so it topples down. Now, it's on the ground and easier to rip apart and load out. You will need multiple dumpsters, but to load them properly, with out an excavator, you need a ramp so you can really compact the material in it. Also be prepared to possibly have water spray during the the entire job for dust control, if the city requires it. Looking at that house, I would guess no more than $10k for that house. I would get more prices if you don't have the equipment, or it will end up costing just as much or more.
