Explain this one to me. I'm just trying to see it from your standpoint.
I was merely referring to drywall sheets.
I was thinking of waste. 25' 4" is less waste than 25' even. I always try to minimize the waste and number of cuts when ever I can. It really is not a lot of difference but it is some thing that I try to do when figuring dimensions for out buildings.
You mean you are doing overhead storage right?
Actually.. it would work out better, if you use 6" walls like I did. Because 25x35 is actually 24x34 inside.. although now the outside suffers.. the biggest cost is probably the spacing of the trusses.Explain this one to me. I'm just trying to see it from your standpoint.

I have a 25' X 25' currently with an 8' X 18' double door. I'm adding on to this to make it a 25' X 37' garage. I'm adding an 8' X 9' wide door for the single bay add on and will put a four post lift in it for working on my sports car. I'm adding in floor heat when I repour the floor. If you can get an extra foot or two of width I think you'll have a nicely scaled 3 car. The 25' length 24' inside) accommodated my Dodge 2500 diesel (at 19' in length overall) comfortably. I'll have 11' height in the added bay to complement the 9'3" in the existing 2 bay garage.
