Are these wrenches still manufactured?

I was wondering if anyone still made this type of wrench? I've seen the junk ones at HF and don't want to waste money on scrap metal. I'm looking for a good quality set. I have seen the old ones on eBay and bought a couple but the teeth are pretty worn down and I need a set I can use to work on metering valves.

Elroy has one just like it. I believe that Wrenchr has one as well. These tools originally became available in the 1920's. In the right application they work very well. Unaware of any currently produced that are any where as good as the older ones

Matco sells something similar as a tie rod wrench.

Rothenberger Speed Wrench. I have 3 diff. size ones. They work great. No camera here so no pics but google it. They're good.

I have a set and may be selling the dups , because I refuse to use.

I have seen them come and go several time in the market place it seems to be a ebb and flow tool. The marketing departments think some have forgotten them so they are again new, good tool hounds do not forget.

To what one from above:confused::lol_hitti

Yes I should have quoted. I have the same one as the OP and you, and apparently Elroy as well.

I took a pass on a perfect 1/2" drive vintage Indestro ratchet today for $7.50. Was that a bad thing to do? :headscrat

I bought more tools than I should have while traveling this week in Wichita, that is the only reason I passed on the ratchet.

You'll like 'em. They're great for those overhead, crazy-body-position, plumbing jobs where your muscles ache from the awkwardness more than anything.

$7.50 was a good price that I would have jumped all over!!!

My memory is slipping but that looks like a Heller Brothers company wrench...somewhere in all my rusty junk I have one. If you want I know where to find another one , but the man wants an arm and a leg for it.

Woody:)
