new to these forums, infact this is my first post...i have been looking into floor coatings for a long time, infact about 3 years. recently bought a new house and want to coat the floor of the garage on the house (basic 2 car) as well as a custom built workshop garage in the backyard (roughly 36x24) after looking into many of these products, i became concerned about the possible cons associated with some of these products. i had heard about some that easily chip away due to heavy/sharp items hitting the floor, or welding/grinding sparks falling and melting away, or causing the epoxy to physcially rise from the ground. i started looking into this company, http://armorcladepoxy.com/ and think that i like what i see. they appear to have all the right things to say to make me want to pull the trigger and make this my fun new project before fall and winter come. my main focus' will be automotive fabrication...cutting, welding, removing heavy parts, possibly dropping something (god forbid)
any thoughts on this?
any other brands i should be looking into that could suit my needs?
trying to do this for as little cost as i can. i see some of these companies wanting upwords of $1K if not more for their products, yet i have seen the much cheaper brands have the issue of pealing, chipping, or just simply not laying down
