Wow that is a lot of Armstrong stuff. You got 10 1/2" drive ratchets? Are they all 12-972? If they are I might take one off your hands to fill in for this beat up pos I got from egay.
How do you like the Armstrong Eliminator set so far? I want to buy a set but I can't find one with metric sockets.
I have been looking for awhile now. I don't want to get the gearwrench set but I need the metrics...![]()

If things work out next month I will keep you in mind . . . What size are you looking for? I couldn't do a set with out having all three sizes, but your needs may be more modest?![]()
Well I just bought one of these sets...http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360125359267&rvr_id=&crlp=1_263602_263622&UA=WVI7&GUID=3e33992a1270a0aad505faa5fef30386&itemid=360125359267&ff4=263602_263622. I would like the whole metric set to add too it. Ill just keep looking![]()
Very nice this set, but it did not come with the extensions . . . Would you like a link for them if you require them?
Well keep me in mind if you decide to part with another one. lolI wish you would have chimed in two weeks ago bro . . . I sold four of them, and one was given to a friend as gift, which he quickly arced off a battery post!![]()
Well keep me in mind if you decide to part with another one. lol
On a side note, did you buy any of the indexible ratchets? They are pretty sweet and fine tooth. At least the 10-996 is anyway.

Yeah, sure if its not too much trouble.

There you go partner, now your set is almost done . . . If I see those metrics for a decent buy I will link you alright . . .
I appreciate the heads up on the name for the face for the mallet. What is the weight of that hammer you have there?
This one is quite heavy and it doesn't even have any heads attached!I think its because the hammer is so long . . .

I'll admit I never heard of Armstrong tools before joining GJ. Then I chanced upon a long handled combination wrench set KLars1 was selling here: took the leap and whoooo-dough-gies! What a beautiful quality tool they make.
I'm trying to obtain something from most major US tool manufacturers, simply for curiosity. I'll be looking forward to some of your extras appearing for sale here........![]()
Wait until he posts his newest arrivals in a week or so.
You gotta stop doing this to me!!!
I think I need to go pick up an armstrong ratchet or 2 well maybe 3...

A 3/8" torque wrench 100 - 1000 inch pounds, 8.3 ft/lbs - 83.33 ft/lbs filling in that void I had with the other two torque wrenches. . .
