Astro warranty?

My dad got me an Astro 783105 ratchet and a 6-24mm set for my birthday this year and I managed to break the ratcheting mechanism a few days ago working on our Corolla. How’s their warranty? Tried calling and didn’t get anyone but I’m not their only customer so I’m not gonna hold that against them.
