I have a 2 car with single door attached garage and the floor is not in great shape. There is one crack under a bench that is from room underneath the floor (root cellar). That is not that big of a deal but the floor itself is in bad shape I am guessing from salt and water. The floor was never sealed and it is a slab an top of a slab. There is spots where the rocks inside the con create let loose. Every time I sweep there are tiny rocks and lots of dust.
I am wondering if I get the liquid patch (self leveling) and give it a good thick coat and smooth out with a squeegee, if that would be a good enough base to put the Rustolium Epoxyshield on top? I just want a nice looking smooth floor that is easy to clean.
