Picked up a Bahco model 7750 80 tooth ratchet ratchet the other day on a whim. The ratchet is made in Spain. I was surprised to see that the internals match a Snap on F80 ratchet down to the same printing (in english) on the gear cover plate "Sealed ratchet-do not immerse in fluids, replace worn parts, and PAT Pend." The ratchet measures 8 inches overall.
The comfort grip is well, comfortable. The rubber? suface has some texture to it, it's rectangular shaped, and gives a little when squeezed hard. There is a hole in the handle which may bother some. There's a slight curve where the handle meets the ratchet beam that provides for natural thumb placement. The ratchet beam is squarish, not round. The ratchet has good balance and feel to it. I'll take it to work and see how it performs.
The pictures below compare the Bahco to a standard F80 ratchet.

Do you like the Bahco comfort grip handle or the Snap On comfort grip handle?

I just got an E-mail from Dan from Snap On Tools. Dan tells me that "Yes the Bahco 80 tooth ratchets are made in the same plant as the Dual 80 ratchets but on a different production line."

$103 shipped with free super saver shipping is a great deal for all 3 ratchets :willy_nil One of the best deals on a ratchet set in the business :rocker:

Amazon didn't have them when I ordered mine, I checked.

And we all know where the Bahco's are produced... right :scared:

Weird, since the ratchet Fedwrench received was marked "made in Spain."
