So...I got a BUNCH of these babies in! Here's the deal:
1.) A few people that originally posted in the thread pm'd me, they get first dibs...then in order of the PM's I recieved
2.) Please only (1) of each part # per person for now
3.) If you already received (1) of a part # from someone else, please give others a chance to get that part # from me
4.) I'm overseas right now, so shipping is going to be slow (figure 2 weeks) and a little more expensive
5.) Prices below are exactly my cost. Buyer pays actual shipping costs and paypal fees (or uses paypal gift)

Edit: MAKE SURE YOU ONLY ORDER FROM AMAZON AS THE SELLER (Not Big Red Toolbox UK, etc.)

Amazon has what I consider to be some incredible deals on Bahco files, made in Portugal.

What I think is happening is that Amazon is selling multi-packs (5 or 10) and price-matching a U.K. seller who's selling single files as the same part number.

I initially bought these to see if they'd actually send 10...paid about $15 bucks:

Prices were around $10-$30 at time of posting. For a box of 5 or 10 high quality files it's pretty sweet. Let me know if you actually get a whole pack!

OP, if you do get the quantities you think you will be getting, I would be interested in purchasing a "file kit", taking one of each (or 2 of common sizes) off your hands for your cost + shipping + a reasonable fee. I use files so rarely that I dont even know what I need, but I wouldnt mind having a few more on hand.

That looks like a great deal! I'd jump on it if I didn't have a million files already, and if I used them more often. Fortunately for my wallet I don't need any files now, and probably won't need to buy any more during my lifetime!

Wow, I wish I could use these.

I loaded up during the uber-sale on Nicholson files and really haven't used them enough much less another pile o' files.

I suppose that an eBay vendor could buy everything available and do OK.

Thanks for the links! I've been using the same set of files from JC Whitney for about 20 years so I figured its time to get some new ones.

I did have an idea though. I was planning on keeping a few of each and selling off the rest but if everyone gets something different we could all trade around and make a few sets of what we need. Just a thought.

I bought a pack of needle files and 2 different 8" square cuts for anyone interested.

the file is fine, but you can get it cheaper a bunch of places. the description is clearly wrong though, and the seller claims they have no control over it. So if you feel like overpaying by a couple bucks for a perfectly adequate mill file, look no further.

Amazon seems to have a lot of issues with the 10 pack things. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose... the loosers at least they should accept with no issues as the ad is titled wrong.

Worst case if the Big Red Toolbox ones ship as singles they will have to allow you to return them, (or refund you 9/10 value) since they are not as described. Amazon policies extend to their sellers as well, so don't panic. It will just be easier if they are canceled before they ship. Be sure to let the seller know why so it is in their interest to not ship them anyway

Ditto. Ordered on April 9, delivery estimate still shows May 12 - July 15 but it hasn't shipped yet. Don't think they're going to make that timeframe!
