Can you take a close up pic of the name plate? It looks like a standard 4x6 horizontal/vertical off shore job. Should be ~ a 64.5" x 0.5" blade.

You have a blade, right?
Take that blade down to a shop that makes the blades. A saw sharpening place generally and they will make them for you.
Generally better quality than a lot of the pre made blades

If you have a blade I know Fastenall will make a new one for the same price as a pre-made. They run about $40 for bi-metal. :)

Also, those type of saws are very common in a number of different brands.
Take the original blade, measure lenth with a string, or roll it on a tame measure to get the lenth and you can do some new searching for a replacement.
If you buy pre made replacements then get a name brand blade.
If you to to HF and get a blade you will want to kick yourself later

Just because the Motor is MW does not mean the saw is. Post pics of YOUR saw, "Just like" may mean nothing... (Heck you may have bought my old saw from the guy I sold it to, I think I stuck a MW motor on it way back....)

Montgomery ward did make horizontal bandsaws back in the day. I don't remember the COO, I want to say 70's-80's Taiwan. Pretty sure it is a standard 4x6 H/V job.

Yep, pretty typical Taiwan re-brand. I se a tag of some sort on the gearbox cover, what's that say?

Most of these used a 64-1/2" X 1/2" blade IIR but measure yours and take a peak at where it is adjusting. if tight, you might want a tad longer, if barely getting tight then maybe a bit shorter.

That should clean up fine, and there are "tuneup" threads all over the internet for these things. They cut decently with decent blades and adjusted properly. $40 is a good deal.

ps: a good mod for those is to make up a catch tray/drawer and hang it under the main base ( a couple of sheet metal or aluminum angles screwed to the legs works) and it will catch 90% of the shavings, saving a LOT of cleanup...

in your 2nd pic, the top wheel mount area where the chrome bolts are? you usually have to shim under there to get your wheels coplanar if you have trouble keeping the blade on and tracking. I think I have .030 shims behind my "Buffalo Machinery" version of this saw.

Looks a lot like my Wilton, probably from the same factory.

Mine takes a 67 1/2 inch blade, which is somewhat difficult to source. I think Grainger's discontinued it, so I'll have to have one custom made next time.

The 64 1/2" blade is more readily available (but won't fit).

Heck for $40.00 you can't go wrong. If the worm drive in the gear box isn't worn out, everything else on those saws can be easily repaired. Wouldn't hurt to open the cover on the gear box and change the gear oil, changed mine to standard #90 gear lube.
Great design of saws, sold by the hundreds of thousands, one of the best shop labour saving buys going!
I have an old Taiwan built model -the tags were long ago knocked off, they just came with very flimsy stands.
Check the bushing in the adjustment drive wheel for wear, if worn, again easily replaced.
