I have an older horizontal band saw that just has a wall light switch in a box that turns it on and off mounted next to the motor. You have to reach over the saw to turn it on and off. The saw runs as long as the switch is in the "ON" position. I want to mount a switch on the saw so it turns the saw off after it reaches the end of the cut. I've seen saws with a "ON/OFF" switch mounted in area where a bolt or some other studs comes down and pushes the "Stop" switch which in pops the "ON" button up so you you have to manually push the "ON" button in to turn the saw on again.

I've been searching the internet but haven't found a counteracting "ON/OFF" switch. Anyone knows where I can get one?

You’ll want to use a simple toggle switch where the end of your downstroke pushes it down/off.

The toggle is lifted manually to the “on” position to start the saw again.

Yeah, that's one option I was thinking about. I know I've seen saws with the "ON/OFF" counter acting switch but just can't find one.

The proper way to do this is with a momentary off switch connected to a relay. The relay is switched to the on position by a momentary on switch. This is an expensive way to do it but makes for a foolproof system that is safer than all the makeshift ideas. The momentary off can then be oiltight.

My Jet bandsaw has what you want. Just go to their parts website. Its a very simple extension cord with the box built in. Plugs in the wall on one end, motor plugs in on the other end.

Did a quick search. It's about $60 for the box and switch. Their power cord is outrageous in pricing. Buy an extension cord and cut it to the length you need.
