What is the best lube for the ball bearing slides in a tool box?

Something light like WD40 or thick like bearing grease?

Thanks,

glenmore

Wash 'em out with carb spray or brake clean. I haven't lubed 'em since I cleaned 'em out, I'll worry about the lube later.

I've never bothered to lube mine. They already move too smoothly. A little more "drag" would be good when I'm moving the box around and the drawers want to move around if I have them open.
