These are for dirt bike pipe springs. I have a different one that had a handle that I actually like better. It was cheaper. Slide the hook against the spring hook and pull. Provided you have a strait shot at it where you can pull up or down. You might be able to hook it on and use a something to lever against to pull up or down. Like a piece of flat bar if the spring is not that stout. The springs for dirt bike pipes are pretty stout.
