Another shop dropped this off to be surfaced it had a finish but the finisher had sanded too much making obvious depressions in the top.
Surfaced it on the CNC with a 11/2 bit. I taper ground the outer edges of the bit, it really cuts down on stepover lines the grind is very small less than a 64th or so over a half inch of the cutter.
The finish was satin varithane water base floor finish applied with a HVLP gun. Wet sanded with 1200,1500 and compound buffed.
I am not making the base just had to surface and finish it.
