Black & Decker RP200 Type 1 Collett missing

I have a Black & Decker RP200 Type 1 router. Evidently it's a older tool that many parts are not manufactured or supported.
I did a search for the missing 1/4" Collett. I have a nut. I did a online search for it with or without the Nut. On a supplier website it says the part is not available, Out of Stock or discontinued. Evidently this tool is very old.. I purchased it from a Pawn Shop.
It may be possible for a Collett fitting a Dewalt Router could be similar enough to fit. I'm not sure it would. Does anyone know how to get around the discontinued situation for parts on this tool?

Are you comfortable to make one by hand
start with some tubing and file away?

I guess the other way is to go to a hardware store and see what type of collet
is on the shelf. See what might work/modify

I'm not sure about this Hardware Stores these days Cary a limited supply of specific parts for older model tools.
Tubing seems a bit softer than materials Collett fittings are made of. I'm still searching for it online but I may have to modify one made for a different model.

I ordered the parts in the screen shot that I found on eBay. Later I'll see what fits. I used Calipers and it looks like the 6mm one may fit. Since there's 6 in the package I'll have options. I'll let you know if it works out!

I hope there is a big reward. Looks like the original part number was 133484-00 replace by 90593213P for model RP200 and also 76XX series routers. I suspect the number change is from when Stanley Black & Decker re branded some Black & Decker tools as DeWalt.

Internet search on the older number found 2 places that say they have the collet. Search on the new number and Tool Parts Pro in California says on their website N/A, BUT they have 2 for sale on ebay. Ebay is the cheapest $11.85 with free shipping. I'll try a link. When I searched on the internet for the new part number it always came up N/A. Got lucky with an ebay search.

I think your important measurement is the OD ,and partially the length, although that can be ground shorter the taper may not be as important as it should self center even if it's not the same.

I would try Kaufffman first. According to their website it is a husband and wife tool repair and parts business that has obsolete parts. Looks like they only have one. Their phone number is on their website so you can call to make sure that they actually have the part.

Your router only takes 1/4" bits. When I searched for the collet I saw generic 1/2" collets. Such as post #2. So don't rely upon the images.

I received the correct one 6mm in the mail a while back ordered on eBay. I really received a set with different sizes that had the one I needed. I also received one with a single collet in the package from a different vendor that was the correct one.
I placed it into the shaft and put the Nut on.... problem Solved! Thanks for your help and all members that responded to my post!
