Horse13, I'm restoring an S4 model and found those screws in the stainless steel section of Lowes. Wrong length but I used a dremel and they worked. Replaced all four.
Horse 13, I apologize for the tardiness, but here are the pictures of the old 5/16 flat head bolts, packaging of the 5/16 x 1" SS Phillip pan head bolt as well as my project. Don't mean to hijack the thread, but as far as the bolts you can have them.
Horse 13, the bolts are on there way in a white bubble wrap package. Should arrive by the weekend.
Take care

Diesel Jim, do you have any rear caster wheel and bearing assemblies? I have owned mine since 1974 when I bought it to remove VW air cooled engines. I was 17 years old then. Do you have access to any of those casters as well as a light cover? Thank's Tommy Milligan Jr.That is a sweet find! I have a fair selection of parts for this jack if you need anything. The proper name for the screws you are looking for is slotted oval head machine screw. It is a little different than a pan head screw. It will have the slotted rounded head & the tapered underside. It takes a cone shaped lock washer called a Countersunk External Tooth Lock Washer. If you have a nut & bolt supplier in your neck of the woods, he may be able to get what you want with those descriptions & your sizes. If you don't have any luck there, let me know. I'll do some rootin' & see what I can find. Happy jackin'!

Yep. That is indeed an S4. Some have the headlight and key lock in the handle, which is the deluxe model. Yours is the standard model just like mine. Your jack is older than mine so it does have several small differences like the knob on the handle, etc.@thehorse13 is this an S4? The bolt pattern looks a little different and I don’t see the lamp cover on mine. I picked it up today for $90![]()
Okay sweet. Mine does have a lock on the knob. Is that a single option that was added on or does that mean this might be a deluxe model with a missing lamp plate?Yep. That is indeed an S4. I think it’s an early S4, It’s also Missing the cover plate.
The curved portion is light.
I know Blackhawk made a larger 6 ton model, but I don’t believe it had a light.
Actually, I should have allowed myself more time to wake up before responding. Now that I'm awake, I can see the bolt pattern differences between mine and yours. Have a look at the picture below. You seem to have the S-15 model which from what I have seen, does come with the lock but no light.Okay sweet. Mine does have a lock on the knob. In a message I saw that @Hiball wrote, he said they made a 6 ton with no light. So I wonder if this is that model.

Sweet. I’m glad to hear that. That definitely looks like it. They will be a nice complement together once restored. Here’s the S4 I bought as. I paid $175 for the S4. Hopefully I didn’t overpay
