Got it home this afternoon.
The good:
- It rolls around OK - not buttery smooth but not like pulling a cat into a vet's office.
- It raises and lowers easily, although it won't hold weight.
- No obvious mechanical issues
The bad:
- Grey paint over original red is flaking
- There's a housing for the light but a metal slug was welding in, also no switch gear in the handle
- Rear casters look, shall we say, after-market. They are welded on and while they are working ok, it's an ugly fix.
No name plate that I could see but not sure where it would be located - any help on where to look?
All this for the low, low price of...an hour's worth of gas to drive out and get it. It was advertised for $100 but once he found it didn't hold weight, said he was pulling the ad and scrapping it. I offered to take it, he said ok.
