blown insulation without vapor barrier

my garage has a 12x26 bonus room above and I had to get behind the wall recently and discovered the blown in insulation covering the roof of the garage doesn't have a vapor barrier. The walls have kraft face bats.

I've had the AC unit off and checked and the garage is 65 - 70% humidity could this lack of barrier be the reason it is high or is it just because it is closed up and no air running?
If the lack of a barrier is the problem should I try to remove the insulation and get a barier under it? or would just getting a dehumidifier work?

Help I'm lost

If you have vents in the roof above the blown in, you should be OK.
If you don't, putting some in will be easier than what you are talking about doing.

The VB in walls and ceilings is less about controling the humidity in the space and more about keeping the moisture laden vapor out of the walls (insulation).
As long as they're open, soffit and ridge vents are more than sufficient.
